Lancashire Youth and Community Service and What Now? provides an information, advice, support and advocacy service for young people across the age range of eleven to twenty five years old. Lancashire Youth and Community Service and What Now? Services are committed to the attainment of excellence in the development of their work with young people. We will be welcoming and will respond promptly and politely to enquiries.

within the What Now? Specification for the Delivery of Information and Advice
Work.

suggestions.
We will work to maintain and improve the quality of our Service through
maintaining its Charter Mark and Community Legal Services standards.
We will work to provide a service that works towards meeting the outcomes of

Our staff will consult regularly with you on our services, how they affect you
and how we can improve them. We
