Hi Gaz,
The workers at WebTalk and on Q2A, and the manager have seen your email. The WebTalk workers explained that there had been a problem with the internet connection which meant they did not pick up all the pieces of your conversation and so there was a delay in the replies and breaks in the conversation. These things happen, but they are not done on purpose by us, its a consequence of relying 100% on technology all the time. There are blips.
We know you find talking to us for long periods of time frustrating - you tell us often enough. And we agree that it can be very frustrating, but you choose to do it, and we do our best to respond. We still think it would make it a more positive and productive experience if the length of your webtalks cut down a bit to between one to two hours, with a reasonable break. At the end of the day its your choice.
We are concerned at the problems you are having about school at the moment but we very much hope you will choose to talk to one of the new professionals who will be around to get to know you now. They could be very helpful to you in helping you manage the situation at home, suggesting ways to extend your out of school life and most importantly help you realise your plans for the future. Please do try and talk to them and listen to what they say and you and they can work together. If you want, we could talk to them too on your behalf. This is not a trick, its a genuine wish to help you achieve your aims positively, and its only you who can give us permission. Think about it. Let us know.
We wish you lots of luck with this Gaz,
Take care
