They offer a wide selection of jewellery and you can browse through their catalogue in your own time.
Another good place to have a look would be the Markets. There is an indoor market, open Monday to Saturday every week from 9.00am to 5.00pm and an outdoor market, open four days a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, from 9.00am to 4.00pm. The car boot/flea market on the old Victorian open market site, open Tuesday and Thursday 8.00am to 3.00pm could also be a good place to have look during school holidays.
You have not said about how much you would like to spend but the shops mentioned above will probably have pendants in a wide price range.
Some of the pendants will already have appropriate words such as about being in love or being best friends already engraved on and some maybe just plain. If you particularly like a style of pendant but it is plain you can always get it engraved with your own words.

Definately try Argos, they should sell just what you're looking for. It may not be too expensive either but money shouldn't be important in love, it's more about care and affection, etc.
