This is our reply.......

Gaz, we are sorry that you have got so angry with us this weekend that you have had to send us so many angry emails.  We have tried to explain to you on WebTalk over the weekend that there were casual staff on on Friday night and it seems that they were not fully up to date with what's going on for you.  We are sorry about that, its our fault, but we can't do more than apologise and tell the casual staff about what's what.  Unfortunately some of them only come from time to time and lead busy lives and that's the main reason why things go wrong sometimes.

Our other bug bear, which you know plenty about, are techy problems.  We had been warned that there could be problems this weekend, but had been told they were unlikely to affect us so the workers were not primed to be on the look out for problems.  We are sorry you encountered them.

We know you often get frustrated in your relationship with us, but please do remember that we are here for you, most of the time, and most certainly a lot of the time, and we do try to spend as much constructive time with you as we can, bearing in mind that there are also a lot of other young people who also need our time.
