Gaz, this is our response to the four emails you sent to q2a:
We are not going to carry on long pointless conversations with you any more. We are going to limit your conversations to half an hour, regardless of how the conversation is going, and we are going to let two and a half hours pass before we talk with you again.
We are not prepared to have you be as rude to us as you are, and we are not prepared to let you use the service so much that you are not doing other more important things.
We are not negotiating on this Gaz, its up to you whether you talk to us or not.
We will try this for four weeks, and if things are getting better by then we will look at this again.
We are all agreed that this is the best way for us to try to move forward with you.
