On 16th November we received some comments that were too obscene for us to post to the comments page, and the same thing happened on the 21st too.
I am so impressed with this service! To be honest, being in my 3rd year of uni, I do feel a little to old to use it! However you sent me the most detailed and helpful reply which has been more helpful than the months of research I have done myself. I'm also really impressed at how you deal with the absolute idiots that write in, I would have given up on half of them. A total waste of time some of them. I think you service is good but the email system could be better by sending back email earlier than 4 days i also want you to do something about this problem you need more women staff to work in the evening not always men because girls have got problems and some people can't speak to a man a bout so they want to speak to a women who know what they are chatting about so i personal think you need more women staff on at night.

The helpline is ok but it could be better and some of you staff say that they are not medical trained and one day my friend phone up your helpline and said to one of the ladies and she went to get medical dictionary and told my friend some advice about medical things and you staff need to be medical trained in case a young person phone up and they could them about there problem and your staff need to be trained harder then they are.
