Suffer In Silence
Feeling very lost and scared in this world
Not knowing who to turn too
My life feels like it been turned upside down,
More and more cuts everyday
No1 seems to hear me
I'm screaming inside
Waiting for someone to come and rescue me
Must I pretend im someone else for life,
I'm forced to hide and fake a smile
I can fool the world but I cannot fool my heart
Tears stream down my face,
Never letting my heart say what it's screaming
I pretend I'm okay everyday
Please see through my lies
I cannot take it anymore
Must I pretend I'm someone else for life,

Too scared to say how I really feel
I want someone to notice,
See that I am there.
To hold me close and tell me,
That they really care.
I'm tired of looking in the past,
But the future doesn't seem to real
So I will sit here,
Slowly trying to heal.
For I will always be,
