QuickQ2A Question: How can you pay bills?

Quick Q2A Answer: It's important to pay bills promptly.  The most convenient way for people with bank accounts and regular incomes is to pay by direct debit or standing order.  If this isnt practical then bills can be paid by cash or cheque.  Payment can be sent by cheque through the post, but never send cash.  If cheques arent practical then postal orders, smartcards and saving stamps are alternatives.  Paying on credit card should only be last resort because of the high interest charges.
