Got an update ........

Hello its unhappy have'nt spoke to you in age's , things are bit better then what they where
i now attend an inpatient unit and on different meducation, iv had my moments where iv
ended up in hosital. At the moment im going through really bad axienty but i went to see
GP Yesterday and if it got worse i have to go back and see them i also have to go to
hospital to have a scan done on my ovarie's because i may have a thing called polostic
ovary symdrome not looking foward to that. School and proffesinoal's decided to stop me
going to school in the end i am and was frustrated about this because i did want to attend
school because that was something where i would go and i would see my freind's but i
have not got the chance now as i leave school less than a week and im not aloud to go
only aloud to go for GCSES. I have college interview next week im looking foward to it all
though i am bit nervous. If i do get in i will start there in septembre, i just trying to revise
hard as i can because i want to come out with good grade's my school dont think i will be
able to but im going to prove them wrong. I am going to be also looking for a part time job
in the summer.

This is our reply.......

Hi unhappy, thanks for contacting us again. We are glad to hear you say that things are a
bit better than they were. We hope you are able to keep in touch with your friends even
though you have not been at school. Your whole year will have stood down by now so
hopefully you will get to see people outside of school.

From what you say it seems that you're now getting some more regular treatment so we
hope this starts to improve things for you. Your anxiety could be worse just now because
you've reached a point of change in your life - leaving school - and you've got exams as
well, so hopefully this will get easier when you know more about what you'll be doing next.

Have you been having problems with your periods? The scan itself won't hurt but we
guess you might be worried about the results. We hope the scan rules out polycystic
ovaries but if it doesn't don't panic because there are lots of treatments which can help
with the various symptoms.

It's good to hear that you're determined to do the best that you can in your GCSE's even
though you haven't been going to school. Remember to eat well and try to get good nights
sleep as revising is hard work! Take breaks and check back over your revision before you
go on to the next bit. Whatever results you get there will be an opportunity for you to go
further with your studies. What do you want to do at college? Try not to be too nervous,
just be friendly and interested and we sure it will go ok.

We wish you Good Luck with your exams and in your college interview, and with job-
hunting over the summer. Keep in touch and let us know how you get on.

Best wishes from q2a.
