How long is funding allocated for this service?

The What Now? Interactive Services which include The Line to What Now? (helpline), Q2A
(email enquiry service), WebTalk (one to one instant messaging information, advice and
support) and Txt10-2-10, (also providing information, advice, guidance and support this
time by text) and Autotext Forgot - information 24/7 on opening times and locations of
young peoples' sexual health services are all fully commissioned to the end of this
financial year, and staff are not on temporary contracts.

These services are well regarded by commissioners and stakeholders and well used by

young people. They demonstrate considerable reach and recognised cost effectiveness and

we would trust that these qualities will continue to be recognised in these financially

restricted times.
