Q2A
Got a quick question ......
Is it normal for feet to shrink?
2years ago i was a size 7 in shoes.
Now i'm a size 5. :/
This is our reply.......
The general view seems to be that feet don't shrink once adult sizing is reached, but shoe
size may reduce if a person loses a substantial amount of weight. However the opinion
seems to be that shoe companies and brands have changed their sizing charts and are
generally making footwear bigger but according them smaller sizes. The main thing is
that the style and fit are comfortable - corns and bunions are things to avoid - and they are
often caused by badly fitting shoes and boots.
