about the problems a person was encountering in proving their eligibility for a

scooter and the knock on effects this was having on the health of their wife.....

We're very sorry to hear of the trouble you've been having qualifying for a scooter, it must
be immensely frustrating for you, and for your wife as well, whose own health is obviously
suffering as a result. It's natural to want to live as independentley as possible inspite of
your health problems. We hope that your appeals go well, and that your wife's lawsuit is also successful.
