Q2A
Got a quick question ......
from the 19 year old man who has emailed us before who would like some help to deal
with his past experiences and would like someone to talk to.
This is our reply.......
Hi again, one place you could go to discuss your past with is your GP who would then
refer you on to a counsellor or therapy. Your GP is usually the quickest form of referral.
You could also contact Saneline, 08457 678 000, open every day 6pm-11pm or
www.sane.org.uk who provide a confidential space for you to be able to talk to and offer
emotional support and information. You can also contact us on our free phone number on
0800 511111 or use our live WebTalk from the link on our home page.
