Young people from the age of 11 years up to 25 years can contact us about anything
that's concerning them. Our freephone telephone helpline, 0800 51 11 11, and one-to-one
webtalk service which is available at www.q2a.co.uk and www.lancashire.gov.uk/yps, are
open from 10am -10pm every day. Young people can send an email to q2a (same websites)

at any time and they will get their reply from Quick q2a probably the same day, and from

q2a Max certainly within 3 days but usually sooner than this. Young people can send a text

to our texting service, 07786 51 11 11, at any time and they will get a reply within 20 minutes
between 10am-10pm, outside these times they will get a message saying we open at
10am and will reply then. All our services are open every day of the year.
