what are the text numbers for your services?

The number to text for our live information advice and support service is 07786 511111.
This service accepts texts 24 hours but we only reply when our service is staffed, from
10am to 10pm. Messages recieved outside of these hours receive an out of hours
message before the full response is delivered during service hours.
We also run autotext services in response to keywords. These are Boost, (messages to
help build confidence and self esteem), FLSH as a diversion and suggestion of other ways
of coping when feeling the need to self harm, and Forgot, which needs to receive the name
of a place to be able to select the correct message to send in response, detailing opening
hours and location of sexual health services. The number for all these services is 077 66
36 33 90. These services all run 24/7.
