Got a quick question asking......
about using WebTalk.
This is our reply.......
Sometimes there are technical problems with bits of IT and we find with our WebTalk that
if there is a dodgy internet connection somewhere along the line the WebTalk software
picks up on this and puts up a message saying SuchaBody has left the room, when
actually they haven't. We have got wise to this now and usually wait a while to make sure
that the person we are talking to has definitely left. We suggest you carry on and ignore
the message, but if we don't seem to respond, then please log in again.
