Got a quick question asking......

 

if our response times were being delayed by the bad weather.

We aim to have replies to Quick q2a up within 1 day, and replies to q2a Max within 3 days. All our replies have to be checked for content and accuracy.

We aren't aware of any delays in our service at the moment.  If you are waiting for an answer we wonder if perhaps it has gone astray in the ether and not arrived either on its way to or from us?
