Thank you for emailing us. You haven't asked us a question so we'll just tell you a little bit about our service.

Q2A is the email service for The Line to What Now? We provide an enquiry services for young people offering confidential and anonymous information, advice and guidance on anything that concerns young people between the ages of 11 and 25. You already know that our website address is www.q2a.co.uk. You can fill the enquiry form in and ask us about anything you like. We can either send your reply back to an email address or post it on the bulletin board, like we have with this one. Either way you should get a reply within 3 days.

As well as running the email service we also operate a freephone telephone helpline, a text enquiry service and webtalk. Those services all run from ten o clock in the morning to ten o clock at night, every single day of the year.
