Hi Gaz
We decided to take our last message down as although the workers tried hard to promote
positive conversation and movement in our work with you this was not successful.
We do not believe we have ever lied to you, and we still believe you can trust us but if you
choose not to that is your choice. Because of the way you feel about us now we are not
sure that we can provide a positive and productive working relationship with you.
You can still talk to us if you want but you might like to try some of the other web chats. We know that our colleagues at Get Connected who referred you to us in the first place,
now have a web chat facility. You can try it out at www.getconnected.org.uk The web chat is open 7pm - 10pm. Or you could
try the web chat facility at www.connexions-direct.com between 8am and 2am. Both those organisations might
also be able to refer you to other organisations that might be beneficial to you. There is also NSPCC'S www.there4me.com, who provide a 1-2-1 service over the internet and you can talk to them about anything you like. They are open Monday to Friday 10AM-9PM,
Saturday and Sunday 10AM-7PM.
We are truly sorry that we have been a disappointment to you. If you ever want to let us
know how you are getting on in the future you know where we are.
Take care
